We have created a contact point for employees, customers, suppliers and other external persons to deal with questions and information about our supply chains.

The same applies if weak points or other circumstances are noticed that could lead to legal violations.


We will be happy to first confirm receipt of your hint / complaint. Your report will be thoroughly examined and evaluated by us. This procedure follows a defined process. This is set out in the rules of procedure.

In order to be able to process and discuss the facts of the matter, to ask questions about your report if necessary and to keep you informed about the status of the matter, we will contact you using the contact details you provided.

We will inform you about the result of the examination and any measures that may have been initiated. We assure you of confidentiality in dealing with your contact details, as well as protection against disadvantage or punishment as a result of the report made.
