We value all these essential parts of our business and know that it is important to protect them.<\/p>\n

In this respect, we would like to encourage people to report openly or anonymously if they learn of potential legal violations or other abuses at EAT HAPPY GROUP. \u201cLegal violations and abuses” are understood to include not only criminal offences and misdemeanours under national law, but also equivalent violations of international legal systems and\/or the laws of other countries.<\/p>\n

We will ensure that your information is handled discreetly and with the greatest possible confidentiality and will provide you with feedback on the measures we take to investigate, prosecute and, if necessary, eliminate such potential violations.<\/p>\n

Mr. Christiaan Boog, a qualified lawyer, is also available as an external ombudsman to receive your report and give you advice. With Mr. Boog you have access to a neutral party who is bound by a duty of confidentiality.
